FiksNett is a service delivered by Techzone AS. We process personal data in accordance with the Norwegian Personal Data Act and the GDPR. This statement explains what data we collect, why, and your rights.
What data we collect
- Contact form: name, company, email, phone and the message you send us. Purpose: to reply to you and provide a quote. Legal basis: legitimate interest / preparation of a contract.
- Payments: when you pay via Stripe, card details are processed by Stripe as an independent data processor. We receive order and receipt information (name, email, amount), but never card numbers.
- Email: when you email us, the correspondence is stored in our email system so that we can follow up your enquiry.
What we do NOT do
- We set no advertising or tracking cookies on the website.
- We do not sell or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Storage and deletion
Information from enquiries is stored for as long as needed to reply to you and follow up any customer relationship. Information required by the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act is stored for 5 years after the end of the fiscal year.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and object to the processing. Send an email to hei@fiksnett.no, and we will reply within 30 days.
